As a school community, we have developed our work around the philosophy of ‘Pushing our boundaries to achieve more’. 

In continually aspiring to do this, we have created and implemented ‘the SNA Way’ – it represents the set of core values that underpin our work and are understood and lived by everyone within our school community:
