Amber Eadie (Year 10)

Amber skates at the National Ice Arena, training between 7 and 10 hours a week with the Nottingham Synchronised Skating Academy. Competing at national and international competitions, Amber has travelled to Scotland and France to compete during the last 12 months, winning Silver and Gold medals respectively. In June, she was chosen to join Torvill and Dean in the Olympic Torch Gala that attracted a sell-out crowd at the Ice Arena in Nottingham. Hard working, Amber aims to progress through the Academy teams and keep on winning medals.

Kieran Hayes (Year 11)

Kieran is a member of the Nottingham Forest Football Club U14 and U15 Academy. Training 3/4 times a week with games at weekends, Kieran has developed into a quality footballer and is one to watch for the future. During the last 12 months he has played in tournaments featuring top Premier League sides such as Chelsea and finished top goalscorer in the Keith Alexander Memorial Tournament, a competition involving 6 teams. Kieran is determined to secure another 2 year contract and aims to break into the U16 squad next season.
