SNA Reading Festival

We will welcome the popular author Ben Davis, run quizzes in tutor groups and in the library, have a book bistro, launch our Readathon in English lessons, and much more ... !

This week, SNA celebrated its annual Reading Festival and World Book Day. Students enjoyed a visit from Soup Movement author Ben Davis, read Roald Dahl’s ‘The Wish’ in all lessons on World Book Day, competed in the Trust Reading Quiz, and took part in a bookmark competition. We also launched our ‘Readathon’ for the Read for Good charity, with a number of our Year 7-9 students reading non-stop for two hours in the library. A fantastic week—thank you to our school community for the support and enthusiasm!
