Parents Association (SNAPS)

SNAPS is the PTA fundraising arm of SNA. We are a very friendly group of staff and parents with a focus on raising much-needed additional funds for our school in fun, but effective ways.

Over the years, we have organised a number of events within our community that have raised valuable funds for the Academy. Staff at the school are able to bid for money towards small projects or things that provide additional opportunities or resources for students directly to SNAPS.

Running a PTA takes some time and effort and we are fortunate to have a very dedicated set of parents and staff members who drive the events forward.  However, this year a number of our parents will be moving on as their children leave the school. So, we are looking for enthusiastic parents and carers who would like to get involved in the planning and execution of events to ensure we can continue to raise the much-needed additional funds to enhance the daily life of the students.  

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings and get involved in organising and helping at events. You may have a particular skill that you feel you can share or an idea for an event that you think would be fantastic. Perhaps the most important way in which you can help SNAPS is to support our events in person.
